How it works

One year to book
Your package is valid for booking for one year from purchase. Appointments may take place after that year, provided the appointment slot is already open for booking.
The same choice for every package
Pay by card, either in full or in 2, 3, 4 or 5 monthly instalments, with no extra fees. The first payment is taken at purchase and payments stop after the final instalment. All sessions are available as soon as the first payment is made.
Something came up?
Cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment and the session is credited back to your package. With 24 hours’ notice or less, or if you don’t attend, the session counts as used. If Sasha cancels, the session is always credited back. If your package has expired, contact Sasha to reschedule or discuss an extension.
Your at-home care
If your package includes a complimentary product, you can collect it at the studio during your first session.
If payment is declined
You’ll receive a message asking you to settle the payment. Once it is 7 days overdue, new bookings are suspended until the outstanding payment is settled. Your confirmed appointments remain in place and you keep your remaining sessions.

Your package is for your personal use only. For packages offering multiple massages, you choose the treatment that suits you at each session.
