General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Sasha Corniquet, operating under the trade name Au Temps Pour Soi, hereinafter referred to as "the Provider", and any individual wishing to benefit from wellness massage services, hereinafter referred to as "the Client".

Any booking implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

2. Services and prices

The Provider offers wellness and relaxation massages, the details of which (description, duration, prices) can be found on the website.

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. The Provider reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Services are invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time of booking.

3. Booking and payment

Bookings are made online via the Provider's website. The Client selects the desired service and available time slot, then proceeds with online payment by credit card through the secure Stripe platform.

The booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit paid online, which is the same for all clients. The balance is paid on site on the day of the service. A confirmation email is sent to the Client.

4. Cancellation and refunds

The Client may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. In this case, a full refund will be issued to the payment method used at the time of booking.

Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the appointment, as well as any no-show without prior cancellation, will not be eligible for a refund.

The Provider reserves the right to cancel an appointment in the event of force majeure or exceptional circumstances. In this case, the Client will receive a full refund.

5. Session conduct

The Client is expected to arrive at the agreed time. Any delay by the Client will reduce the session duration accordingly, without any change to the price.

The massages offered are wellness and relaxation massages. They are in no way a substitute for medical, physiotherapy, or osteopathic treatment. The Client is asked to report any medical contraindications before the session begins.

6. Liability

The Provider undertakes to perform services professionally and according to best practices. The Provider's liability cannot be engaged in the event of:

• Failure by the Client to observe reported contraindications
• Concealment of medical information by the Client
• Force majeure

7. Personal data

The Provider collects and processes the Client's personal data for the purpose of managing bookings and the commercial relationship, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

8. Applicable law and disputes

These GTC are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall endeavour to reach an amicable solution. Failing this, the dispute shall be brought before the competent courts.

In accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Client may freely use the consumer mediation service. The mediator can be contacted in the event of an unresolved dispute.
